When I was in high school, I bench pressed a lot and I was successful sometimes. But what I noticed is that when I was challenging myself by having a little too much weight and the bar was too close to my chest, it was nearly impossible to get that thrust and lift the weight.

But once the bar was away from my chest, the thrust was very workable.

That is what I see about the conflict between liberty and compliance.

I will keep my distance and stay home and away from people.

I will sneeze and cough away from people.

I will even avoid crowds and get take -out or delivery to my favorite restaurants.

But fellow patriots, freedom is not free, and it is not always safe, but it is worth EVERYTHING! See beyond the illusions of fear, guilt and confusion.

I believe in freedom, but I also believe in responsibility.

I will be responsible because I care about myself and my fellow human beings, and I do not want the government to take away neither my freedom nor my responsibility.

I love teaching, but decided to retire from the toxic environment. It was my choice, and it was my responsibility to take on financial hardships that sometimes accompany a decision like this. I own it.

Fellow patriots, the bar is VERY close to the chest! That sacred treasure chest where my heart lies-my burning heart for life, love and freedom!

If we get to that crucial point, (and I hope to God we don’t) I will be forced to choose either getting crushed or thrusting my way out.

Guess which one I will choose?

Which one will you choose?

The point is that the choice should be yours and yours alone.
